Our Chef Abishek sharma
Born in New Delhi, raised in New York, I have always been around food and chefs. Growing up with a professional chef – my dad, and my favorite chef – my mom, cooking has always been second nature to me. Coming from India but growing up in New York, constantly led me to explore how I can bring these two aspects and cultures of my life together through food.
I am passionate about changing the perception of Indian food that is generally prevalent – greasy, unhealthy and heavy to flavor forward, fresh and invigorating. I hope to inspire everyone to try my cooking with an open palate – which is influenced by my roots, but showcases my passion.
